Cefinox\r\n\t\tcommits to obtaining the express and verifiable consent of the User for\r\n\t\tthe processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.\r\n\t<\/p>\r\n\t<p>\r\n\t\tThe User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.\r\n\t\tWithdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it. If the individual\r\n\t\tis under 14 years of age, the consent of parents or guardians is\r\n\t\trequired for processing, and it will only be considered lawful if they\r\n\t\thave authorized it.\r\n\t<\/p>\r\n\t<h4>Confidentiality and security of personal data<\/h4>\r\n\t<p>\r\n\t\tCefinox commits to adopting the necessary technical and organizational\r\n\t\tmeasures, according to the appropriate level of security based on the\r\n\t\trisk of the collected data, in order to ensure the security of personal\r\n\t\tdata and prevent their accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or\r\n\t\talteration, as well as unauthorized communication or access to such\r\n\t\tdata.\r\n\t<\/p>\r\n\t<p>\r\n\t\tThe Website has an SSL certificate (Secure Socket Layer), ensuring that\r\n\t\tpersonal data is transmitted securely and confidentially, with the\r\n\t\ttransmission of data between the server and the User being fully\r\n\t\tencrypted.\r\n\t<\/p>\r\n\t<p>\r\n\t\tHowever, since Cefinox cannot guarantee the invulnerability of the\r\n\t\tinternet or the complete absence of hackers or others who fraudulently\r\n\t\taccess personal data, the Controller commits to promptly notifying the\r\n\t\tUser when a security breach involving personal data occurs, and when\r\n\t\tthis breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and\r\n\t\tfreedoms of individuals. In accordance with Article 4 of the GDPR, a\r\n\t\tsecurity breach involving personal data refers to any breach of security\r\n\t\tthat results in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss,\r\n\t\talteration, unauthorized communication, or access to personal data.\r\n\t<\/p>\r\n\t<p>\r\n\t\tPersonal data will be treated as confidential by the Controller, who\r\n\t\tundertakes to inform and ensure, through legal or contractual\r\n\t\tobligations, that such confidentiality is respected by their employees,\r\n\t\tassociates, and any person to whom the information becomes accessible.\r\n\t<\/p>\r\n\t<h4>Rights derived from the processing of personal data<\/h4>\r\n\t<p>\r\n\t\tThe User has the following rights under the GDPR and can therefore\r\n\t\texercise them against the Controller:\r\n\t<\/p>\r\n\t<ul>\r\n\t\t<li>\r\n\t\t\tRight of access: The User has the right to obtain confirmation from\r\n\t\t\tCefinox whether their personal data is being processed or not and,\r\n\t\t\tif so, to obtain information about their specific personal data and\r\n\t\t\tthe processing that Cefinox has carried out or is carrying out, as\r\n\t\t\twell as, among other things, information about the origin of such\r\n\t\t\tdata and the recipients of the communications made or planned for\r\n\t\t\tsuch data.\r\n\t\t<\/li>\r\n\t\t<li>\r\n\t\t\tRight of rectification: The User has the right to have their\r\n\t\t\tinaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected, considering the\r\n\t\t\tpurposes of the processing.\r\n\t\t<\/li>\r\n\t\t<li>\r\n\t\t\tRight to erasure (\"right to be forgotten\"): The User has the right,\r\n\t\t\twhenever current legislation does not provide otherwise, to obtain\r\n\t\t\tthe erasure of their personal data when the data is no longer\r\n\t\t\tnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed;\r\n\t\t\tthe User withdraws their consent to the processing and there is no\r\n\t\t\tother legal basis; the User objects to the processing and there are\r\n\t\t\tno legitimate grounds for continued processing; the personal data\r\n\t\t\thas been processed unlawfully; the personal data must be erased to\r\n\t\t\tcomply with a legal obligation; or the personal data has been\r\n\t\t\tobtained in relation to the offer of information society services\r\n\t\t\tdirectly to a child under 14 years of age. In addition to erasing\r\n\t\t\tthe data, the Controller, taking into account available technology\r\n\t\t\tand the cost of its implementation, must take reasonable measures to\r\n\t\t\tinform other controllers processing the personal data of the data\r\n\t\t\tsubject's request for erasure of any links to such personal data.\r\n\t\t<\/li>\r\n\t\t<li>\r\n\t\t\tRight to restriction of processing: The User has the right to\r\n\t\t\trestrict the processing of their personal data. The User has the\r\n\t\t\tright to obtain restriction of processing when they contest the\r\n\t\t\taccuracy of their personal data; the processing is unlawful; the\r\n\t\t\tController no longer needs the personal data, but the User needs it\r\n\t\t\tfor legal claims; or the User has objected to the processing.\r\n\t\t<\/li>\r\n\t\t<li>\r\n\t\t\tRight to data portability: If processing is carried out by automated\r\n\t\t\tmeans, the User has the right to receive their personal data from\r\n\t\t\tthe Controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable\r\n\t\t\tformat and to transmit it to another controller.
